I spent 6 wonderful summers at the camp. I went from the second year ( missed being 10 years old by a month) otherwise I would have been at the first. I wish I could remember all of the wonderful counselors who were there and took the time to teach us. Sal was the cook and Hub was her husband who did the mowing etc. Horseback rides after dinner. Parents Day, camping out at high cliff state park, Fishing in ponds. All wonderful memories.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on the whole Chris Sale situation. In the rotation, to the bullpen because of a sore elbow, agent complains Sox are hurting his client, Sale wants to start, MRI is clean, back to the rotation.

Is there something going on behind the scenes????

Peavy has been excellent this year. I just hope Ventura doesn’t abuse his arm. I would probably have pulled him last night after 6 innings and a 8-0 lead. He was coming of three straight appearances pitching into the 8th inning or later.

I also read a stat where Dunn took 30 pitches in those 4 at bats. So it’s a far cry from what he did last year Even with the o’fer day. I’m not to worried about him, I am concerned with Rios and Beckham though.
